Job Description:
As a Sales Representative in the staffing industry at The AtWork Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by proactively generating leads, setting appointments, and acquiring clients within the designated territory of Oakland, Macomb, and Wayne County in Michigan.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and leveraging online platforms.Research and stay informed about local businesses and industries to identify opportunities for staffing solutions.
Appointment Setting:
Develop and maintain a strategic plan for setting appointments with key decision-makers.Effectively communicate the value proposition of [Company Name] and tailor presentations to meet the unique needs of each client.
Client Acquisition:
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing requirements.Present and negotiate contractual agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Market Analysis:

Sales Reporting:

Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the staffing or related industry.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.Strong organizational and time management skills.Familiarity with the local business landscape in Oakland, Macomb, and Wayne County.
