Medical Services offered at thisnonprofithospital include: 24-hour Emergency and Trauma Services, Inpatient and Outpatient Surgical Services, Intensive and Medical Surgical Nursing Care, Obstetrics and Gynecology,Oncology Services, Medical Imaging, and more. This hospital has achieved The Joint Commission Accreditation and is a designated Trauma Center. TheEmergency Services Nurse Manager will join a tight-knit hospital leadership team, dedicated to providing personalized care to patients and their families.

This sought-after leadership role will allow room for career advancement to the experienced emergency department nurse leader. Reporting directly to the RN Director Emergency Services, theRN Manager Emergency Services will manage oversight ofthis fast-paced department with approximately 25,000 annual visits, and will be responsible for staffing, scheduling, and supervision of all employees during their assigned shifts. The Nurse Manager ER will also be directly involved in the unit-based practice council, quality improvement activities, as well as unit budget management.

Requirements for theNurse Manager role include:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing BSN
• RN License in the State of Colorado
• 2+ years of nursing experience in the Emergency Department
• Recent, progressive nursing leadership experience as Charge RN or Clinical Coordinator
