    Please join us for a Walk-in InterviewTuesdaysonsite at AirBorn Inc. every Tuesday (8:00am 11:00am & 1:00pm 3:00pm). Only 2nd Shifts available, Offers on the spot. Work Schedule is 3:30pm-2:00am Monday-Thursday.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    Study blueprints and specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances of the finished work pieces.
    Calculate and set controls to regulate machining factors such as coolant flow, and depth of cut.
    Enter commands to retrieve, input, and edit computerized machine control parameters.
    Machine and mount fixturing for all production runs and set machine positioning for part production.
    Ability to assemble measure and load tooling for subsequent operations into the tool-changers.
    Start and observe machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, and adjust machine controls or control parameters as required.
    Uses micrometers, calipers, depth gauges and other precision measuring devices to confirm part geometry meets tolerance specifications.
    Confers with production operators, programmers, or others to resolve machining problems.
    Assemble and preset tooling for next operation during automated cycle to reduce machine downtime.
    Ability to maintain, clean and lubricate machines as required.

    Requirements:
    Completion of a High School Diploma or equivalent from GED or technical school,
    Six months to four years related experience or training and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, blueprints, and procedure manuals.
    Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
    Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
    Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
