Cultivation Lead

Renew Cannabis Co, located in Berkley, MA is seeking to hire a Cultivation Lead. The role of the Cultivation Lead is to guide, maintain and care for cannabis plants, the facility and the Cultivation Technicians while reporting to the Cultivation Manager. Main tasks include but are not limited to the daily procedures and department assessments, organizational and scheduling work and daily cleaning that keeps the Cultivation Department running smoothly and without errors in a team environment. All tasks are to be safely performed while maintaining state compliance. The ideal candidate for this role will be detail oriented with strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task throughout the day. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

This position is Full-Time Monday through Friday from 7AM-3:45PM

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Minimum 2 years cannabis experience required.
