    • Schedule:1.0 FTE | 40 hours a week | Full-Time | Days, M-F
    • Hospital:St. Francis
    • Location:Milwaukee, WI

    Relocation Assistance of $5,000 available for full time positions.

    Responsibilities

    Lead assigned staff in performing activities or tasks in cardiovascular services.

    • Lead or coordinate shift operations of assigned activities, resources, and/or associates.
    • Serve as a technical or functional resource and perform similar duties with staff.
    • Assign, monitor, and review progress of work. Monitor and report compliance with policies and/or procedures.
    • Oversee and evaluate orientation and training of assigned associates. May provide input in the review and evaluation of staff performance.

    Requirements

    Licensure / Certification / Registration:

    • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
    • One or more of the following required:
      • Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
      • Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
      • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
    • Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
    • Approved Local Exception preferred. Approved for MIKAL to add local LCE exception. If not MIKAL please remove or seek approval for local exception.

    Education:

    • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

    Additional Preferences

    3-5 years of experience as a Cardiovascular Tech.
