    Travel Physical Therapist (PT)

    Epic Travel Staffing is hiring aTravel - Physical Therapist I

    Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week

    Length: 13 weeks

     Weekend: q4 Weeks, both Sat and Sun

    Requirements:
    • NY License
    • 2-3 years of physical therapy experience preferred
    • Successful completion of a physical therapy program at a school of physical therapyapproved by the American Physical Therapy Association
    • Home Health experience
    • Current BLS certification
    Current and unencumbered license to practice physical therapy specific to that statethe employee is assigned to work by the Company

    Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.


    Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).

    Estimated Weekly Rate: $2610 per week
