Insight Global is hiring a Registered Nuse (RN) for a Home Health client in the Modesto, CA area. This RN is responsible for providing quality home health services to assigned patients under the direct supervision of the Clinical Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care, safely administer medication, and provide a primary case management and coordination of care.
- Maintains accurate documentation of treatment visits in the EMR
- Ensures patients rights to fair and equitable treatment =, self-determination, individuality, privacy, property and civil rights, including right to wage a complaint, are well established at all times.
- May supervise the LVNs and Home Health Aids

- Active Licensed Registered Nurse in California
- 1+ year of Clinical Home Health experience
- Education must include all continuing education courses required y the state of California to maintain licensure.
