An exciting opportunity is now available for an Nurse Manager Ambulatory Surgery Center in the San Francisco Bay Area is now available for an experienced PerioperativeNurse Leader.

TheASCOperating Room Nurse Manager will be responsible to provide, delegate, and coordinate nursing care provided for thePerioperativedepartment that is guided by the mission of the Organization. The Manager Surgical Services will report directly to the NurseDirector ofPerioperativeServices, and will be supported by 2 Assistant Nurse Managers, numerous charge nurses, and a total of 65 staff members.

TheASCNurse Managerwill oversee the day-to-day functions of the surgical department, including 5ORsand 65 staff members. As the Nurse Manager, this person will act as the liaison between medical staff, patients, and executive administration in order to guarantee the success of the department. Overall, the Nurse Manager will play a vital role in ensuring policies and procedures are being followed and the clinic runs smoothly to provide optimal patient care daily.

The Ambulatory Surgery Center Nurse Manager will also work closely with Physicians and staff within the department to oversee proper scheduling and assure the department is functioning properly and is delivering exceptional patient care daily.
