Reporting to the Nurse Manager, the Cardiovascular Surgery Nurse Supervisor will lead all patient care operations within the department. This department is home to 8 state-of-the-art cardiovascular operating rooms and performs 12+ cases per day. The Nurse Supervisor has overall responsibility of staff professional development, serves as a clinical expert, supports the Nurse Manager with operational functions such as staff scheduling, quality control, evaluating employee performance, and serves as a representative for the department within various hospital committees.

What Makes You Awesome:

• Registered Nurse RN license in the state of California or ability to obtain
• Prior leadership experience in an acute care setting
• Expert knowledge of cardiovascular and operating room nursing
