    As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of projects to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes.

    In this role, you will spend most of your day between interacting with clients as well as leading and partnering with your internal project teams, to ensure your clients' needs are met and that they are comfortable using our products and services. Still, every day will be unique as you will be working with multiple clients, facing new challenges, and figuring out solutions to client's inquiries based on their specific needs.

    What you'll do: Responsibilities

    What you can expect on a typical day:
    • Manage all project phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure.
    • Create project plans, including deliverables, activities, timeliness and budgets.
    • Direct day-to-day activities of projects and staff in matrixed organization.
    • Ensure milestones are successfully met through oversight of project vehicles and coordination of resources.
    • Work collaboratively with other departments impacting project.
    • Lead communication with stakeholders and team members through completion of the project.
    • Provide scheduled and on-demand status reports and updates.
    • Direct project timelines.
    • Assess, manage, resolve and escalate (if necessary) risks and issues.
    • Tailor processes to meet the needs of individual projects.
    • Make decisions based on information and input in a timely manner.
    • Work on projects of high complexity.
    • Acts as a point of escalation for Associates when issues arise that have the potential to inhibit completion of project tasks in the defined timelines.
    • Accountable for driving closure of all escalated issues, either independently or through engagement of other stakeholders.


    TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
    • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and facilitation skills.

    • Strong and effective communication skills.

    • HCM background a plus
    • Experience with project management tools and structured methodologies.
    • Knowledge of functional area and related company products.
    • Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills for handling multiple and conflicting activities.
    • Expertise with Microsoft Office.
    • Commitment to being accountable for results.
    • Capacity for building relationships both internally and externally.
    • Ability to think independently and make decisions.
    • Strong interpersonal skills.
    • Collaborative approach to work.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.

    Compensation Range for this role in California is $18.32 - $37.12 / Hour

    Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions.
