Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Experience:

12 months of role experience is required.

12 months of Speech-Language Pathology experience is required.

3 months of experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a license prior to placement start.

This role will require floating to multiple units

Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.

COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

All Kindred facilities are LTACH facilities.

Weekends: Every Other

Facility Setting: ARU

Floating: Yes hospital shared staffing, inpatient

Preferred experience level: 1 year or greater

Scrub colors / dress code: Solid colors matching top/bottom, or solid top black bottom.

Parking Location: Employee parking in garage or front lots behind blue line
