An award-winning critical access hospital located in southern New Hampshire is currently searching for an experiencedRN Clinical Coordinator Surgical Services to join theiresteemedhealthcareorganization.

This regional leadinghealthcaresystem offers a wide range of clinical services including medical, surgical, intensive care, obstetrics,pediatrics, emergency care, mental health, and primary care services. This facility opened its doors just over 100 years ago and has since proved a timeless commitment to improving the health and well-being of the surrounding communities. The RN Clinical Coordinator Surgical Services will join an established organization that combines a network of highly experienced Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and various experiencedhealthcareproviders.

Reporting to the Nurse Manager, the RN Clinical Coordinator will lead the nursing staff operations for the surgical services department. The RN Clinical Coordinator will manage staff schedules, ensure efficient patient flow, supports the Manager in all daily operations, and coordinates patient care services within the department. This is a full-time position.

Requirements Include:

• Associate'sdegree in Nursing ASNrequired
• Registered Nurse RN license in the state of New Hampshire or ability to obtain
• Progressive nursing experience in a medical office setting
