Requirements:

Candidates must have a Tennessee license or compact license in hand at the time of application.

This role will require floating to multiple units

Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or health documents you have to your profile to expedite your on-boarding process.

Additional Details:

Must be included in the submission packet at the time of submission.

CPI must be completed within 30 days of assignment start date.

Facility is able to cancel 1 shift every four weeks during contract.

Floating is required within the candidatess scope of practice.

Charge or preceptor may be required and will be reflected on the HCPs timesheet. Orientation dates are set for the following

1 reference from last 24 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type)1 reference from last 24 months (Charge/Lead reference type)
