Reporting to the Critical Care Nursing Manager, the Cardiac ICU Assistant Nurse Manager will be accountable for the day-to-day operations of the unit through acting as the department resource, mentoring new-hires and current department staff, coordinating patient and adjusting patient assignments as needed, uphold a positive team-oriented working environment, ensure the unit follows all policy and procedures and regulatory compliance, and continuously cross collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
