A leading acute care hospital located in southeastern New York is now searching for an experienced Nurse Director Cardiac Cath Lab to join their award-winning healthcare team.

This esteemed acute care hospital is considered one of the nations largest independent teaching hospitals and the entire organization provides expert level care to more than 250,000 patients each year. This organization is awarded in a number of specialties including cardiac surgery, coronary intervention, orthopedics, and overall surgical care.

Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer and AVP Cardiac Services, the Nurse Director will oversee all clinical and administrative functions of the Cardiac Cath and EP Labs. The Nurse Director will manage a team of 20+ FTEs, directs patient flow, ensures quality patient care in accordance with all regulatory standards, leads professional development training, monitors departmental budgets, and represents the department in various hospital-wide committees.

What Makes You Awesome:

• Registered Nurse RN license in the state of New York or ability to obtain
• Prior leadership experience working in Cardiac Cath / EP Lab setting
• Progressive knowledge of current nursing guidelines and standards
