Overview:The Senior Director, Enterprise Learning & Development is responsible for leading the overall strategy for the design, development, and implementation plan of enterprise learning. This role reports into the Vice President of Talent Management within the Human Resources function.
This positionmust be located in a Breakthru Beverage market to operate in a hybrid capacity - two days in the office, three days from home.
Responsibilities:- Responsible for the creation of enterprise-wide learning solutions/content, partnering with the Field Development Team (Operations and Sales) and Corporate Functions on their determined functional learning needs.
- Leads the design and execution of the companys leadership development programs and curriculum, building leadership capabilities of people leaders at all levels within the organization.
- Partners with the deployment/execution arm of learning & developmentthe Field Development team (Operations and Sales) by training-the-trainer on relevant content.
- Provides thought leadership and consults on forward-thinking learning approaches that employ a variety of modalities (webinar, video, in-person, self-learning, e-learning, training materials/guides, workshops, etc.) best-suited to deliver the content.
- Accountable for leading the team that manages the enterprise-wide LMS.
- Oversees the consistent production of quality content development, directing instructional design and key outputs of the team to various stakeholders.
- Partners with business-aligned, functional experts as to their particular content development needs.
- Drives standardized, efficient development and implementation of formal learning content, delivering best-in-class practices, tools, templates, style guides, and blended learning models.
- Hires, trains, and, coaches direct reports, driving a high-performance team.
- Design and execute the annual AOP conference andother ad hoc large leadership meetings.
- Establishes metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and impact of learning and development solutions; continuously evaluates and improves programs based on feedback and data.

Qualifications:- Requires a Bachelors degree in education, instructional design, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience; Masters degree preferred
- 8+ years of leadership experience leading L&D professionals
- Advanced degree or professional learning and development certification, a plus
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools is a plus
- Experience executing a multi-tiered leadership development program for both field (Sales and Operations) and corporate
- Demonstrated expertise in instructional design, facilitation, and project/program management
- Experience designing and implementing end-to-end learning strategies in a large, growing, and complex business with both a Field and Corporate organizational structure
- Experience assessing, selecting, and managing vendor partners to supplement training.
- Focus on execution excellence including an eye for quality, detail orientation, and stakeholder service
- Strategic thinker and ability to execute (get things done)
- Strong PowerPoint, communication, and presentations skills
- Excellent L&D consulting and partnership skills
