An award-winning healthcare organization located in the Texas Panhandle is seeking a RN Manager Care Management.

The RN Manager Care Management will join a 500-bed acute care hospital that values its commitment to excellence in quality and safety and provides patients and the community with quality and safe care. This full-service facility offers a wide array of specialty services including surgical OR, emergency services ER, cardiology, womens services OB, and orthopedics. This organization is fully accredited by the Joint Commission and has been Designated as an Advanced Level III Trauma facility.

Reporting to the Director of Case Management, the RN Manager Care Management will oversee all departmental activities within case management. The RN Manager Care Management will work collaboratively with leadership to functional excellence and completion of operational objectives. They will serve as a mentor by providing leadership to staff. The RN Manager Care Management is supported by a team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and staff.

Requirements include:

• Minimum Associates degree in healthcare related field
• 3+ years of experience
• Experience working in healthcare management
• Ability to lead and communicate effectively
