    Sodexo University Dining is seeking an innovative Campus Executive Chef 2 for our longstanding partnership with Western Colorado University in beautiful Gunnison, CO, situated in the heart of the Rocky Mountains.

    Reporting to our General Manager, our ideal Executive Chef candidate will have professional polish and help to manage our expanding dining operations.     Are You the One? The ideal candidate has:

    • 3 5 years high volume culinary background from campus, hospital, large corporate or restaurant environments.
    • A strong culinary background, with the demonstrated ability to stay current with new culinary trends
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to maintain the highest of standards and implements company policies
    • Innovative catering background
    • Strong management skills and a successful track record as a trainer/mentor.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    Basic Education Requirement -Associate's Degreeor equivalent experience
    Basic Management Experience - 2 years
    Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
