Reporting Structure: Reporting directly to the Manager of Surgical Services, the Nurse Supervisor of the Operating Room will help lead this busy department with over 50 FTEs and 16 ORs. They will be supported by an experienced staff of Charge Nurses, CNORs, and OR RNs. The Nurse Supervisor of the Operating Room will play a pivotal role in ensuring the unit's efficient operation and be supported by an incredible team.

Key Responsibilities of the Nurse Supervisor of the Operating Room:

• Oversee accurate and through documentation of patient records and surgical procedures
• Monitor and maintain high standards of patient care, and participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Facilitate training and development of OR nurses, keeping them up to date on best practices and new techniques.
• Provide strong leadership within the operating room, overseeing and guiding the nursing staff.
