As a RN at Team Select Home Care, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality home health care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include providing care to patients in Pediatrics, Adults, and Geriatrics. We are looking for individuals dedicated to positively impacting the lives of our patients and their loved ones.

• Conduct in-home patient assessments and develop care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Pay range $35 - $38 / hour

• Active RN License in good standing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Previous experience in Home Health Care, with expertise in Pediatrics, Adults, and Geriatrics (preferred)
• Access to a personal device or tablet with Wi-Fi or cellular data connectivity for clinical documentation.
• Maintains a current CPR certification
