LPN or CCMA - Clinical Assistant (FT Days) - Dermatology Clinic

Job Description:
Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse or Medical Assistant to serve in our dermatology practice at St. Mary's Clinic in Detroit Lakes. This LPN or CCMA works Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. We are flexible on schedule, so this employee may work as little as 32 hours weekly or as much as 40 hours a week. No weekend, holiday, or on-call rotations are required. Assists RN, Physician and other providers and provides direct patient care in the ambulatory care setting to contribute to meeting the mission and goals of Essentia Health. Will perform identified procedures for which competencies have been demonstrated. Cares for patients ranging in age from newborn to elderly as noted on age-related category.
Education Qualifications:

• Education as required for licensure.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

• LPN: Current licensure on MN state board of nursing.
• Medical Assistant: Certified as a Medical Assistant or completion of a Medical Assisting program with the ability to become certified within 1 year within 2 attempts.
• All: BCLS required within 3 months of hire.

The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidates experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
