As our RN - Administrative Supervisor, you are responsible for administrative oversight of patient care provided for patients in the facility using the policies and procedures of Essentia Health. What you'll get to do in this role: - You will be in charge of organizing and providing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. - You will be part of something bigger. You'll contribute to meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and in turn serve the community in which you live. - You will meet the requirements of the Joint Commission as applicable and/or other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.
Education Qualifications:

Educational Requirement:

BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing is required. If candidate holds an ADN, a BSN degree is required within 3 years.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years acute care RN experience.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

Certification/Licensure Requirements:

Nursing license in appropriate state of employment.

Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required or ability to obtain within 1 month.

The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidates experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
