    Responsibilities:

    As the Registered Nurse Clinical Educator for our Clovis Surgery team, you will function as a clinical leader and provide staff development for our nurses and surgical technologists. Additionally, the Nurse Educator will have the ability to impact change, evaluate educational programs and provide mentorship, all while actively engaging in patient care to maintain clinical competence. With an average of over 26,000 surgical cases per year systemwide, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team in various service lines such as orthopedics, bariatrics, robotics, and more.

    Qualifications:
    Education & Experience
    • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
    • 5 years of experience in surgical and/or perioperative nursing, with demonstrated competence in various surgical specialties required
    • Experience in patient and staff education development and implementation, quality improvement, program development and professional development required

    Licenses and Certifications
    • RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
    • BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
