    Facility Maintenance Supervisor

    We Build with Passion- Clean HarborsKimball, NENEW Incineration unit is seeking an Facility Maintenance Supervisorwill be responsible for leading a team to oversee maintenance and engineering for the facility as well as providing technical and supervisory oversight for facility operations. Maintenance and repairs on a variety of Industrial equipment, including but not limited to pumps, valves, hydraulic systems, and tank lines within an Industrial work environment. Safety focused and career minded individual wanted in Kimball, NE! NEW wage, 78k+ per year DOE, 5- 9 hour shifts per week: (5) week rotation, (1) week of nights, the other (4) weeks are days. They have (1) of the weeks where they work (4) 10 hr. days.

    • Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
    • Maintains contact with vendors, contractors, and internal departments, including facility operations, maintenance, laboratory, compliance, engineering, purchasing, and corporate accounting
    • Confers with Engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, or provide technical information
    • Monitors all standard operating procedures for maintenance and production and works to continuously improve SOPs
    • Investigates equipment failures in faulty operation and recommends remedial actions
    • Implements regulatory compliance, including permitting, by resolving design and/or operational issues
    • HS Diploma or equivalent
    • B.S. Degree in Engineering preferred (Mechanical Engineering, preferred)
    • Related experience, such asoperations engineering, project management or process engineering
    • Industrial experience
    • Strong teamwork and communication skills
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, or computer-generated reports
    • Valid Us DL- required
