  • Job Description

    The iPaaS Implementation & Client Training Specialist will be responsible for providing onboarding and training to new customers of our integration partners and our direct-to-customer products. The Implementor will have an in-depth knowledge of the company's cloud-based products, iPaaS partner products and services, quickly and effectively train customers on how to use and benefit from the company's offerings. The Implementor will collaborate with sales, technical, and product teams to ensure customer success.

    Essential functions

    Create and deliver comprehensive onboarding and training to new customers on the company's products and services.

    Utilize customer feedback to develop and improve training materials and sessions.

    Work with technical teams to ensure that customer onboarding and training is effective and efficient.

    Monitor customer progress and provide additional training as needed.

    Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any questions or concerns.

    Identify and recommend improvements to existing products and services.

    Work with sales and product teams to understand customer needs and develop appropriate training strategie

    Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

    Ability to use SQL, comfortable navigating a database for troubleshooting and identifying errors

    Experience working with APIs

    Experience working with Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) software

    Proven experience as a trainer in a SaaS or related environment.

    Ability to quickly understand customer needs and develop appropriate training plans.

    Excellent communication and presentation skills.

    Knowledge of adult learning principles.

    Proficient in the use of instructional technology and other learning tools.

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing customer needs.

    Strong project management and organizational skills.

    Experience in the construction industry not required, but helpful

    Ability to manage and motivate others around you not just in your own team, but cross functionally, as well
