Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Drive comprehensive business analysis, performance metrics, and essential FP&A functions.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, aiding them in attaining financial goals.
• Develop and manage management business reviews, variance analysis, and forecasts.
• Craft and enhance financial models for forecasting and business scenarios.
• Collaborate with the FP&A team to produce both standard and ad-hoc reports, deliver management presentations, and drive key business initiatives.
• Continually refine financial planning and analysis processes, tools, and methodologies to boost efficiency and precision.
• Analyze the performance of business units and deliver actionable insights to enhance future performance.
• Enforce accountability among stakeholders for adhering to budget and forecast commitments.
• Identify and implement FP&A best practices.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related business field.
• A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Proficiency in working with financial systems and software.
• Prior experience with an FP&A software platform, preferably Adaptive Planning.
• Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of comfort and confidence when collaborating with peers and senior leaders.
