In this role, you will take charge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and trend analysis. You'll collaborate closely with our business leaders, empowering them with informed decision-making support and valuable insights to drive the organization's financial success. To excel in this position, you'll need robust analytical prowess, a results-oriented mindset, and a proven track record of navigating intricate data sets. Your achievements in this role will help steer the course of our financial reporting and performance measurement.
Responsibilities:
- Drive comprehensive business analysis, performance metrics, and essential FP&A functions.
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, aiding them in attaining financial goals.
- Develop and manage management business reviews, variance analysis, and forecasts.
- Craft and enhance financial models for forecasting and business scenarios.
- Collaborate with the FP&A team to produce both standard and ad-hoc reports, deliver management presentations, and drive key business initiatives.
- Continually refine financial planning and analysis processes, tools, and methodologies to boost efficiency and precision.
- Analyze the performance of business units and deliver actionable insights to enhance future performance.
- Enforce accountability among stakeholders for adhering to budget and forecast commitments.
- Identify and implement FP&A best practices.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related business field.
- A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Proficiency in working with financial systems and software.
- Prior experience with an FP&A software platform, preferably Adaptive Planning.
- Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of comfort and confidence when collaborating with peers and senior leaders.
