Weld Specialist Overview:

A Welding Specialist performs welding (MIG) operations in a fast paced environment in workstations that have required cycle times. Team Members work in a culture that thrives on lean manufacturing principles both on and off the production line.

Weld Specialist Requirements Include:

Basic technical knowledge of Gas Metal Arc Welding (MIG) welding

techniques and setup, verification, and operation of welding equipment

Basic knowledge of blueprint layouts and symbols

The ability to perform common welds and standardized layouts of parts

prior to welding

The ability to pass the Genie Weld Test

Schedule

Shift start: 5:00AM or 5:30AM
Shift length: 10 hours
Monday - Thursday with some overtime on Fridays

Qualifications

• Must pass drug screen (cannabis excluded)
• Must pass background check
• Can lift 40 lbs
• Must be at least 18+ years old

Ability to perform common welds;standardized layouts of parts prior to welding;perform detailed measurements. Must pass a written test

$1500 new hire incentive

Sign on Bonus has three payments of $500 paid out at 30 days, 60 days, and 90 days.
