Electronics Technician Maintenance I

Our work depends on Electronics Technician Maintenance I joining our team to help ensure the flow of data. The candidate will assist experienced technicians with the Installation of new fiber optic and Ethernet cables and test and evaluate fiber losses utilizing test equipment and troubleshooting principles They will update fiber optic drawings and compete documentation paperwork accurately. They should have the ability to work outdoors as required in all types of weather conditions.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Required Experience: 1-2 years of related experience installing, disconnecting, reconnecting, adding, changing, and troubleshooting fiber optic, and Ethernet cables in accordance with guidelines.
Required Technical Skills::

Use of small hand tools, power tools, and test equipment

Proficiency with a computer

Willing to learn all aspects of Fiber Optics, Ethernet, and wireless connectivity

Familiarity with fiber optic test equipment

Ability to operate fusion splicer
Location: Customer Site
