This great opportunity provides pay of $30.12 an hour and excellent benefits at a cost of less than $31 a week for a PPO family plan.

A Taste of What Youll Be Doing

• Conducting Preventative MaintenancePerform basic troubleshooting, repairs and preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment and industrial ovens in our bakery. Youll aim for excellence every day, helping us bring the best to families.
• Ensuring Performance EfficiencyManage machine performance by doing equipment set-up and changeovers. Youll facilitate production and quickly respond to equipment breakdowns. Were looking for someone who brings dedication to the table!
• Following Best PracticesUnderstand, follow, and enforce all established guidelines. Your attention to detail will ensure compliance with all safety, health, quality and company policies, procedures, and recognized practices.Youll help us keep delivering success, one cookie at a time.

Your Recipe for Success

• High school diploma or GED
• Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift-up to 50 lbs. and complete repetitive tasks throughout the day.
• Previous experience as a mechanic in a manufacturing setting.
