Our client, located on the Southside of Hollandis seeking a Facilities Technician to join their team.

Job Title: Facilities Technician

Location: Southside of Holland

Pay Range: $22.50 per hour

Whats the Job?

• Provides recommendations on upgrades to maintain prime building operations and conditions
• Provides general and detailed maintenance (either with direct or indirect supervision), including patching, painting, hardware repairs and other repair/replacement work as required.
• Works with other maintenance workers and staff to resolve maintenance problems and coordinate services
• Coordinates inventory of parts, tools, etc. that are kept in stock
• Contact manufacturers to perform warranty work on building, furniture, equipment, etc.

Whats Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required
  
• Vocational Certificate or Associates Degree preferred or equivalent, relevant experience
  
• Considerable knowledge of tools and techniques used in maintenance and repair of large buildings
  
• 3+ years of previous work related skills, knowledge, or experience with advanced education or training
  
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulics and other systems.
