Directors will oversee employees in the development of business and in the continual pursuit of Operational Excellence while creating positive work culture. Directors must be motivated self-starters with the ability to work fast and efficiently who are in constant contact with the leadership team and Owner/Operator and are responsible for the overall flow of the restaurant.

    All Directors will partner with the Owner/Operator to develop a directional plan to help chart their growth and development annually, because we believe that what we can offer you is equally as important as what you can offer us.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience as a leader in marketing plan development & execution
    • Proven ability to lead in fast-paced environments as part of a team
    • Associates degree or higher
    • Willingness to put others' needs first
    • Basic computer competency
    • Friday and Saturday availability
    • Day and evening availability

    Responsibilities:

    • Works with leadership team to ensure appropriate daily and restaurant staffing levels
    • Achieves strategic, annual business results through focus and action on tactical monthly and quarterly objectives and tasks
    • Maintains a positive working relationship and treats all employees with respect while providing them with direction and feedback
    • Serves as subject matter expert to leadership for ongoing marketing events, restaurant promotions, sales growth, community events, etc.
    • Responsible for inventory in regard to all marketing systems and needs
    • Complete understanding of each key position in both the front and back of the restaurant
    • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up to 8+ hours and lifting up to 50 pounds
    • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items and ability to teach all areas
    • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
    • Greet guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome
    • Follow Chick-fil-As operational policies and procedures
    • Develops and implements systems and trains them to entire team to continually improve the restaurant
    • Sets standard and holds others accountable
    • Builds annual business plan for sales & brand growth in the restaurant
    • Learn the restaurant business from the ground up - must work and learn each position
    • Responsible for achieving top 20% metrics compared to all Chick-fil-A locations
    • Must be able to cultivate and maintain a culture of growth and excellence
    • Responsible for ensuring guest dining experience is setting us apart from the competition.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Flexible schedule to suit the needs of the business
    • Must be able to work in Pewaukee
    • Must be at least 18 years old
    • 1+ years experience of leading large teams (teams of 50+)
    • 1+ years experience in marketing
