    Salary: $950 per week plus commission

    Core Requirements

    Must have a Commercial B Drivers License, be at least 21 years of age, and have a good driving record; past route sales experience is preferred.

    The Route Sales Supervisor is involved in the daily operation of the sales and distribution of our products and services. In addition (s)he is the companys main contact with our route sales drivers. In the event of a shortage of drivers, the route supervisor must be ready and qualified to take over the route and deliver product with our equipment at any time. (S)He must be able to stack and unstack items weighing 50 pounds from a height of approximately seven feet to the ground and back continually; be able to drag stacks of milk weighing approximately 240 pounds throughout the shift; load and unload truck and carry merchandise. (S)He will be required to work in very hot (100+) and very cool (less than 32) environments throughout the year; (s)he will also be required to work outside (in all weather conditions) most of the time. The Route Sales Supervisor must ensure that the inside of the trucks are clean, be able to perform routine maintenance on the trucks, and work and drive in a safe, courteous and efficient manner.
