How You'll Help Us Connect the World:

The primary focus lies in crafting innovative designs for new products, prioritizing usability, aesthetics, weight optimization, and cost-efficiency. In addition to designing new products, you'll also have the opportunity to evaluate current and upcoming products to improve their overall structure.

As part of our multi-functional team, you'll work with experts in electrical, mechanical, and software engineering to synthesize design inputs and develop comprehensive multi-discipline design solutions.

The successful candidate may also support personnel in tasks such as detailed design, design testing, and prototype fabrication. Considering the diverse and globally distributed nature of the engineering team, adaptability and teamwork across various engineering functions and global locations are needed traits for the candidate to thrive in this dynamic environment

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

• Masters Degree in mechanical engineering (Industrial Design or Material Engineering) or bachelors degree with 2 years of experience in practical design work and manufacturing technology in telecommunication area is preferable.

• Proficient level of English and Italian.

You Will Excite Us If You Have:

• Able to analyze structure and provide design or manufacturing suggestions

• Knowledgeable of assembly processes, i.e., ultrasonic welding, screws, adhesives and rivets.

• Experience in material and component selection.

• Experience with statistical tolerance Analysis, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Design for Assembly (DFA) and Consumer-Focused Design (CFD).
