    What You'll Do
    As a CNC Lathe Operator, you'll be part of our team located in Lakewood, OH. The CNC Operator is responsible for operating CNC equipment, and fabrication of raw material into finished parts and tools. Specifically, you'll:
    • Operate CNC equipment and machining centers for fabrication of raw materials into finished parts maintaining company high quality and machine standards.
    • Read and interpret sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces, sequence of operations.
    • Start and observe machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining.
    • Adjust machine controls as required, document changes according to company procedure.
    • Make offset adjustments and perform maintenance maintaining dimensional integrity.
    • Complete documentation of set-ups on to set-up sheets accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Review blueprint travelers for accuracy.
    • Maintain good general housekeeping duties.
    • Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized workspace. Follow all health and safety regulations.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.


    Who You Are

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • 2+ years of machining experience in a manufacturing environment. Prior experience with manual mill/lathe set up and operation preferred.
    • Ability to read and interpret drawings and sketches.
    • Ability to adhere to the companies Quality Policy.
    • Strong mathematical skills.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand through an 8-hour shift.
    • Use hand tools up to 20 pounds over extended periods of time.
