FULL-TIME

$27.23/hr

Starting pay is between $28.32 - $31.52/hour. Duties include performing a variety of maintenance tasks to diagnose, repair, rebuild and replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems on all plant manufacturing and support equipment. Work as part of a team in a manufacturing operation with a goal of increasing productivity, decreasing downtime and waste. Follow all company safety rules and lock-out tag-out procedures. Work with a sense of urgency to reduce downtimes of machines. Assist with ordering and coordinating needed services and supplies.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years of experience in successfully

troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.

Assist with ordering and coordinating needed services and

supplies.

Be proficient on a computer.

Must be willing to pursue ongoing technical training to

enhance capabilities.

Be passionate about maintaining a safe work environment.

MUST BE WILLING TO WORK ANY SHIFT, overtime, holidays, and weekends

as needed.

Comply with all company policies and procedures, including

safety and maintaining good housekeeping.

Ability to work in

production environment, with varying temperatures based on season, around

machinery, and heavy forklift traffic.

Must have own tools.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Perform other duties as needed.

PREFERRED

QUALIFICATIONS:

Electrician with a mechanical background preferred.

Experience in a manufacturing

environment, particularly within the corrugated or packaging industry.

Troubleshoot programmable controllers, and repair all A/C

and D/C drives and their control systems use.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Ability to share ideas with

others to solve problems of essential importance.

Excellent communication

skills.

Ability to work in a fast

paced environment.

Pre-employment assessment

test will be required to assess skills.

Ability to pass

pre-employment drug test and background check.
