• Compensation Includes Salary Guarantee + The following:
  
  • Experience Above 5 years -Additional $3,000K Annually
    
  • Retention Longevity Package of $10,000K
    
  • Premium Payment for Additional Skills - $2,500 - $5,000 Annually
    
  • Teaching Bonus - $10,000+ Quality Bonus$8,000 Annually
    
  • Call Pay Amounts to Additional $32,175 Annually
    
• Full Comprehensive Benefits + Loan Repayment (NHSC and State)
  
• 6.5 Paid Holidays Annually + 24Days PTO
  
• + 5 days CME & $3,000 Allowance

• Pediatrics -Full SpectrumFaculty position -
  
• Typical Schedule: 3.5 half-days Clinic
  
• 2.5 half-days Attending/ Precepting
  
• 1half-dayAdmin
  
• 1 half Day Call / Hospital Rounding
  
• Average of 1 Call Night per week at Hospital -Very Light Cal
  

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSPediatrics (PEDS)

• Open toMD or DO andCannot Sponsor Visas.
  
• Previous outpatientexperience preferred -- open to New Grads Also
  
• Providers with NOacademic experience welcome to apply ---Looking fortrained physician who has strong interest in working with Residents and is comfortable teaching full scope Pediatrics
