9 total OR rooms 1 cysto room in a Level 2 Trauma Center. Thespecialty services for the main OR include:
Trauma, General Surgery, Orthopedic total joints, spine, hand, Thoracic, Gyn, Plastics, Urology, ENT, Podiatry, Vascular, Neurosurgery,and Robotics

Scope of work
The RN Charge Lead role is to provide direct oversight and supervision of all online unit processes. This is inclusive of but not limited to staffing and scheduling changes affecting current shift, patient care issues and concerns. Appropriate allocation of resources responding to all codes, and handling employee issues and concerns. In addition to ensuring consistent flow of patients through the department. Functions within the framework of policies and procedures of the hospital and demonstrates growth/development.

Qualifications
- Associates in Nursing Required
- Bachelors in Nursing Required within 5 years
- Graduates from a non-accredited school of nursing must have at least one year of acute care experience or at least two years of experience in a licensed health care role and must have successfully passed the NCLEX licensure examination.
- MI Registered Nurse (RN) Required
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
- AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Required within 6 months
- Specialty Certification highly recommended within 2 years
- 2 years of experience as an RN preferred, OR RN experience required, leader experience preferred
