Your role as the RN Director involves coordinating and overseeing departmental functions collaboratively, demonstrating strong leadership and team-building skills. Your responsibilities will encompass organizing day-to-day operations, directing staff, and implementing programs to elevate the quality of patient experience with our services.

The Nurse Director Step Down ICU will ideally hold their Bachelors Degree in Nursing and have leadership experience within the intermediate or critical care speciality. The RN Director Telemetry will enjoy a Monday-Friday day shift schedule!
