Reporting to the Orthopedic Nurse Manager, theStaff Nurse Orthopedics will provide excellent care tailored to individual patients needs. This person will supervise patient care personnel and delegate duties as required. The Orthopedic Staff Nurse will provide high-quality nursing care based on individual patients needs using assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Personality and communication skills are key, as this position will provide emotional comfort and support to patients and family members as appropriate.

TheStaff Nurse Orthopedics provides comprehensive patient care to patients in a safe environment. This person adheres to the primary goal of providing care to acute patients and exceeds customer expectations while improving clinical and financial operations. This Orthopedic Services Staff Nurse is responsible for assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the patient and family from admission to discharge.
