This Assistant RN Manager Critical Care will report to the NurseManager and help lead an experienced team across this busy MedicalICUunit. ThisAssistant Nurse Manager will posses both administrativeand clinical responsibilities as they assist with department staffing, educational needs, orientation, and ensuring highest quality of patient care delivery. This AssistantICUNureManager will also be responsible for fostering a positive work environment, participating in quality and performance improvement initiatives, and ensuring all hospital, local, state, and federal rules and regulationsare upheld.

Requirements include:

• ActiveNYSRN license
• 3+ yearsof clinical experience in acute care hospitalcritical care setting
• previous RN leadership experience (charge nurse, supervisor, lead RN, etc.)
