Under administrative direction of the Chief Nursing Officer, theAdministrative Nurse House Supervisor will provide direction, supervision, and coordinates all patient care activities and functions of the hospital on the assigned shift to ensure safe, quality patient care.

The Administrative RN House Supervisor will maintain operational aspects of the patient care units in the absence of Department Managers / Nurse Managers during assigned shift. TheAdministrative Nurse House Supervisor will contribute to nursing and hospital through support of philosophy and objectives, education and research efforts.

The idealAdministrative Nurse House Supervisor will have two years clinical experience in addition to one year experience in nursing management. TheAdministrative Nurse House Supervisor will have strong managerial and communication skills with leadership, initiative, integrity, creativity and sound judgment.
