    Responsibilities

    What Youll Do

    This individual must be a senior student from an accredited radiologic technology program and must present documentation of that status. This individual must be able to operate all routine radiographic equipment in a safe and proficient manner. Must demonstrate knowledge of contrast media injections and reactions. This individual must be able to demonstrate proficiency in operating the PACS computer system.

    The successful candidate will be able to:?

    • Produce high quality radiographs with a minimum of repeats
    • Handle multiple room assignments and all different types of exams on a daily basis
    • Demonstrate knowledge of contrast media injections and reactions
    • Communicate with physicians, patients, families, and other hospital personnel
    • Oversee duties assigned to student radiographers
    • Handle telephone scheduling procedures and operate the PACS computer system

    Qualifications

    What Youll Bring

    • Must be a senior student from an accredited radiologic technology program
    • BLS
    • Good interpersonal, communication, team-work, and customer service skills?
    • Strong organizational, problem-solving and follow-through skills?
    • Ability to multi-task constantly, react to changes quickly/productively, and tolerate interruptions?
    • Remain flexible, organized, professional and able to analyze, make sound decisions under stressful situations??
