There is a wonderful opportunity for aLabor and Delivery Manager to join a team of Medical Professionals at a highly accredited facility in Northern California. Thisacute care facility contains150+ beds and about 300+ hospital employees showing unlimited quality patient care.

Labor and Delivery Manager will be working in a highly-functioning and extremely fast paced Labor and Deliveryunit giving mothers and babies the best possible experience from when they enter the facility, through when they leave. A full staff ofhealthcareworkers including nurses, techs, physicians, etc. will be assisting with all of the basic needs in the unit as well as ensuring patient safety at all times.The Nurse Manager will report up to the Director of Nurse as well as the CNO of the hospital. This unit has an incredibly high patient volume, and needs an experiencedNurse Manager to step up into this role in order to be able to take on all responsibilities given to them. The Manager is expected to take on the responsibilities of the Director in their absence.
