COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Psychiatry - Child & Adolescent (PSYCA)

• Salary Base:$310K - $321,500 + RVU Incentive paid quarterly (RVU not added in base salary - extra income)
• CME: $3,000 + Days
  
• Malpractice paid 100%
  
• PTO: 42 days including sick/personal (accrues yearly)
• Relocation/Sign on: Yes.
  
• Student loan Repayment: Offered through NY state.

• Pension:Your employer will contribute a 12%ofyour annual salary no money out of pocket, vested 3 years.
  

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Psychiatry - Child & Adolescent (PSYCA)

• 50% Academic, Teaching, building C&A program.
  
• 50%Clinical: Coverage/oversight: Outpatient clinic and 10 bed IP Unit (IP director on-site)
  
• Supervision of school-based evaluation and consultation programs. (no travel required)
  

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Psychiatry - Child & Adolescent (PSYCA)

• Board Certification in C&A
  
• 5+ years post-residency experience
  
• 3+ years Child Psychiatric administration experience
  
• Track record of teaching and research involvement
  
• Publication, and academic experience
