We are seeking a self-motivated, customer service-oriented individual for a Yard Associate. This candidate is a critical player in the operation of the facility that will focus on duties such as receiving products, unloading and loading trucks, stocking products, keeping warehouse clean and safe with occasional deliveries. Some driving duties. Non CDL driving.

Pay range: $20+ (Depending on experience)

**The work schedule is Monday thru Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm, Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm during summer season with a rotation between team members.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Stocking, receiving, pulling, and staging all yard/warehouse products.
• Loading, unloading, and securing product for customers, delivery vehicles, and inbound trucks.
• Keeping yard area neat and organized.
• Delivering products to clients. Local.
• Understanding and adherence to the regulations detailed in the FMCSA.
• Operating Forklifts in outdoor environments.
• Focusing on safe work practices, such as wearing PPE, proper lifting techniques, etc., while performing daily duties and using company equipment.
• Other related duties as assigned such as receiving etc.

REQUIREMENTS

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer knowledge, including Internet use
• Acceptable driving record
• Forklift experience helpful
• Ability to lift 75 lbs; 50 lbs on a repetitive basis
• Able to a pass pre-employment drug test and DOT Physical

The base salary for this position typically falls within the range of $17 to $20 per hour. SRS/Heritage considers multiple factors including job related knowledge, skillset and experience when determining the final salary.
