Our unique team-based approach provides exceptional support to our caregivers as well as our clients. Were committed to helping families get the support and quality care they needso that more older adults can live well and age wisely in the home they love.

We are searching for a Dementia Caregiver to provide companionship, light personal care, and transportation for one of our valued clients. She is in need of a caregiver who understands dementia. Please note, this client needs a caregiver who drives.

The current schedule for care is Monday, Tuesday, Friday, 2:00pm-5:00pm.

Essential Functions:

• Dementia Care
• Transportation/Errands
• Personal Care
• Light Housekeeping

Required Skills, Education and Certifications:

• CNA, PCA, or HHA license a plus, but no license required
• Understanding of dementia
• Must be reliable, dependable and on time
• Must have reliable means of getting to and from work
• Basic computer skills as well as overall technical savviness
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
