    An award-winning critical access hospital located outside the greater Boston Massachusetts area is currently searching for an experience Acute Care Nurse Practitioner of Behavioral Health to join their accredited healthcare team.

    This state-of-the-art Critical Access hospital offers a wide range of clinical services including medical, surgical, intensive care, obstetrics, pediatrics, and mental health services. This facility opened its doors just over 100 years ago and has since proved a timeless commitment to improving the health and well-being of the surrounding communities. The Acute Care Nurse Practitioner of Behavioral Health will work within a Non-Profit Critical Access hospital that is regionally known for providing accessible and the highest of quality patient-centered care.

    This Critical Access Hospital is regionally known to have a true understanding of the unmatched connection between the mental, emotional, and physical health of an individual. The Acute Care Nurse Practitioner of Behavioral Health will work within an expert team of clinical professionals including Behavioral Health Physicians, Behavioral Health Nurses and Nurse Educators, as well as many Clinical Techs and other ancillary departments throughout the hospital. The Acute Care Nurse Practitioner of Behavioral Health will work within a full service Behavioral Health department that is known to provide the community with comprehensive outpatient psychotherapy, medication evaluation and monitoring, education regarding coping skills, and psychological testing for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patient populations.

    The Acute Care Nurse Practitioner will work to provide all-inclusive healthcare services to patients suffering from a full range of mental and emotional issues such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, substance abuse, personal crises, stress related disorders, and personal relationship conflicts. The Acute Care Nurse Practitioner of Behavioral Health will work in conjunction with the Medical Director and AVP of Physician Services to provide the upmost patient-centered care to all patients within the Behavioral Health department. The Acute Care Nurse Practitioner of Behavioral Health will act independently within the Behavioral Health department to support the department and organizations overall mission and goals.
