A leading acute care hospital in western Illinois is now seeking an experienced Assistant Nurse Manager Medical Oncology to join their award-winning healthcare team.

Reporting to the Nurse Manager, the Assistant Nurse Manager Medical Oncology will help lead the clinical nursing staff, promote quality patient care, and help educate clinical staff. The Assistant Nurse Manager Medical Oncology will partake in recruitment activities, ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, provide peer evaluations, promote a positive work environment, and assume Manager responsibilities in absence of the Nurse Manager. This unit currently has 30-beds.

Requirements Include:

• Bachelors degree in nursing BSN
• Registered Nurse RN license in the state of Illinois
• Prior nursing leadership experience in critical care setting
