BRAND NEW LEADERSHIP OPPORTUNITY: An award-winning medical center in Southern Arizona is actively seeking a Pediatric Services Nurse Manager to join their team! This nurse leader will have dual oversight of 2 fast-paced pediatric inpatient units within this highly regarded hospital.

Reporting directly to the Executive Director over Womens and Childrens Services, the Pediatric Services Nurse Manager will manage two pediatric inpatient units including the general pediatrics unit and PICU Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, totaling nearly 50 inpatient beds. The RN Manager Pediatric Service Line will have the wonderful opportunity to oversee a highly skilled and certified team of RNs, Techs, PCAs, and Unit Secretaries, ensuring cohesion among both units and working to establish an environment of collaboration, positive communication, and family-centered care.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree BSN, Active Arizona State RN License, 3+ years of progressive leadership experience in Pediatrics, PICU, and/or Pediatric Emergency Services.
