Position Title: CNC Operator 2nd Shift

Wage: $17.00 per hour

Shift: 2nd


QPS Employment Group has a great CNC Operator opportunity available at a company in Davenport, IA. This is a 2nd shift, temporary position.

CNC Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Under the direction of the cell coordinator the CNC operator takes a blank and manufactures it route sheet specifications.

- Locate material.

- Set up and monitor machine operations.

- Run production on parts.

- Perform machine inspections and make adjustments to machines based on inspection results.

- Use calipers and micrometers to perform quality inspections.

- Assist other operators when needed.

- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace.

CNC Operator Requirements:

- Requires high school diploma/GED/commensurate experience.

- Must be able to use hands and fingers, frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or touch.

- Occasionally required to stand walk, and to talk.

- Required to frequently pick up 15 lbs. or less.

- Occasionally required to lift up to 25 lbs.
